She has come face to face with the difficulty and challenges people face when trying to locate and obtain assistance with basic needs and financial assistance. She has personally encountered, with her clients, being put through a maze of dead end roads, has sorted through incorrect information and learned how to handle being told there is a lack of funds available to help people when they need it the most.
For years she has sought to find a source of information that would be comprehensive, and would provide helpful information to enable people to quickly and easily find help when and where they need it. It was not to be found.
She is now dedicating her time to researching localities and services, compiling them in an easy to use format that can quickly and easily identify appropriate resources, and provide helpful information for people to quickly locate and access help when it is desperately needed.
Pat’s Resource Guide is that format.
